Based in Liverpool, my name is Nathalie Somerset, I created Somerset Blooms in 2021 with the purpose of breaking the divide between eco & luxury by creating elegant, nature-inspired floral designs that do not cost the Earth. 

I started this business with £40 in my pocket, a bucket of handpicked flowers and a dream of being an eco-friendly florist, and oh boy am I on the most amazing adventure ever since! 

I'm a proud member of the Sustainable Wedding Alliance which enables me to work with other wedding businesses to reduce our industrys impact on the planet. Sustainability is weaved into the heart of Somerset Blooms, from small to large-scale designs, the environment is at the forefront of everything we create. 

I am inspired by the outdoors and by nature (and all it's quirks). My happy place is walking through the woods, walking the dog along the lakeside and spending time growing flowers and plants (chemical-free) in my garden. Taking cuttings of flowers I have grown from seed to place into a clients design brings me so much joy. 

I am trained in Sustainable Wedding floristry by the incredible Philippa Craddock, who designed and curated Prince Harry & Meghan Markle's wedding flowers in 2018. 

My fabulous home studio is based in Liverpool, Merseyside. I cover the following locations for weddings & events:
