Marchweil Hall: Where Botanical Meets Old Money

Set within the grounds of Marchwiel Hall, this couple’s wedding unfolded as an intimate outdoor dining experience, where guests were welcomed into a setting that felt refined and connected to nature. Surrounded by the beauty of the estate, the celebration embraced an effortless elegance, blending the charm of the outdoors with a considered, modern take on a manor house wedding.

Palette & Composition
A simple and chic palette of green and ivory set the tone for the day. The floral design drew directly from the landscape, layering a variety of natural greens with soft ivory blooms to create a look that felt harmonious and timeless. With 22 carefully selected flower varieties woven throughout the designs, each element added depth, texture, and interest, resulting in arrangements that felt rich yet never overwhelming.

Bridal Florals
My Bride’s bouquet was the epitome of understated elegance. A chic six-stem arrangement composed entirely of roses, it was intentionally minimal, allowing the beauty of each bloom to shine. The simplicity of the bouquet offered a refined contrast to the abundance found throughout the wider floral styling.

Reception Styling
The outdoor reception was designed to feel like an elevated garden gathering. Tables were styled with a mix of delicate, goblet-style florals and petite vase arrangements, creating an intimate and layered tablescape. The addition of fruit introduced a sense of richness and old-world charm, enhancing the “old money” aesthetic while adding warmth and depth to the overall look.

The Top Table
Larger-scale designs, including elegant white urn arrangements, brought a sense of structure and grandeur to the setting. These pieces anchored the space beautifully, offering a nod to classic manor house styling while still feeling fresh and contemporary within the outdoor environment.

Finishing Touch
Every floral element was thoughtfully considered to reflect both the couple’s style and the surrounding landscape with botanical at heart, and elevated with a refined, modern edge.

Overall
The result was a wedding that felt effortlessly sophisticated and personal. By combining botanical inspiration with an “old money” sensibility, the day struck a perfect balance between relaxed outdoor dining and timeless manor house elegance, with every detail working in harmony to reflect the couple’s vision.
