Bloom Bar Experiences

Absolutely. We can curate the flower selection, colour palette, styling and signage to compliment your event aesthetic or brand identity. Whether you're planning a wedding, private celebration or corporate activation, we will work with you to create a Bloom Bar that feels right.

We offer a range of bespoke enhancements, including personalised signage, branded packaging, luxury wrapping stations, premium flower selections, gift tags, dried flower bars and additional guest places. If you have a specific vision in mind, we'd be delighted to create a bespoke proposal tailored to your event. 

A Bloom Bar Host can be added from £150.00, depending on the duration and location of your event. Your host will welcome guests, guide them in creating their posies, replenish flowers throughout the experience and ensure the Bloom Bar remains beautifully presented. 

Our self-serve Bloom Bar includes set-up before your event and collection afterwards. The Bloom Bar can be enjoyed throughout your celebration, allowing guests to create their posies at their leisure. Collection is typically arranged later that day or the following day, depending on your venue and event schedule.  

Each guest can create their own hand-tied posy using five carefully selected stems from our curated flower collection. We have found that five stems create a beautifully balanced posy and fit comfortably within our kraft flower bags.

Should you wish to offer a larger bouquet experience, additional stems can be added upon request for an additional charge. We'd be delighted to create a bespoke proposal tailored to your event.

We provide Bloom Bar hire across Liverpool, Cheshire and the North West, including Wirral, Southport, Lancashire and North Wales. For events further afield, please get in touch to discuss your requirements. We are always happy to travel for weddings, brand activations and special celebrations, and can provide a bespoke quotation based on your location. 

Yes, all flowers, foliage, styling vessels, ribbon and packaging are included within your Bloom Bar package. We carefully curate each flower selection using seasonal blooms to ensure a beautiful and abundant display.

Our Bloom Bar is perfect for weddings, hen parties, baby showers, birthdays, bridal showers, corporate events, brand activations and private celebrations. If you're looking for a unique and interactive floral experience, we'd love to help bring your event to life. 

We recommend booking as early as possible, particularly for weekends and peak wedding season dates. However, if your event is approaching, please do get in touch as we may still be able to accommodate your booking. You can begin the booking process by completing the short form below.

A non-refundable booking fee of 25% is required to secure your date. Once your booking fee has been received and your booking agreement signed, your Bloom Bar experience will be officially reserved in our diary. 

The remaining balance is due no later than 28 days before your event date. For bookings made within 28 days of the event, full payment will be required at the time of booking.
